Berlin: I went for an interview and came back with something else
I booked the flight 48 hours before. I didn't get the job. But I came back different — and that was the point.

Project manager who reads the room, not just the brief.
I'm Adrian — project manager, sole proprietor, and sports president based in Ljubljana. Before I ask what you want, I need to understand who you are. That's how I work.
I built Šiškarji from zero. I managed concert tours from the side of the stage. I flew solo to Berlin for an interview just to see what I was made of. Everything I know, I learned by doing.
I run myrk. because I choose who I work with. My clients have a vision. They trust me to execute it. When a project goes wrong, I don't look for someone to blame — I call the team and we fix it together.

I co-founded Šiškarji in 2017 — football, basketball, volleyball, floorball. Now focused on floorball. Building this taught me more about leadership than any job title.
Running a sports association while working full-time isn't chaos. It's a system.
The locker room and the boardroom aren't different. Both need someone who holds the vision when things get heavy.

People ask how I do it all. Honestly? There's no secret. There's just a system, and the discipline to run it every day.
The parallels between running a sports team and managing a project aren't metaphors. They're the same muscle.
